Border of bobbin lace consisting of two lengths of the same pattern joined together. The lower edge is scalloped and has a border of identical sprays of formal flowers arranged in pairs facing each other at equal distances. A formal flower motif occurs at intervals along the centre of the lace. The top edge is straight and decorated with alternating sprig motifs and decorated half-medallion shapes above the formal flowers. It is also decorated with triangular shapes outlined by scrolls and a flower with a diamond filling. When joined edge to edge, these motifs run along the centre of the lace.
