Furnishing fabric of roller-printed cotton. The sample, complete between selvedges, has a design of one large bunch of flowers filling the width and forming a complete repeat on a fancy machine ground in brown. Among the flowers, which are almost life-size, is a lily and two orchids. The colours used are pink deepening to red, an intense yellow, a light blue and pale brown. Green and orange are achieved by overprinting. The cotton is glazed.
