Tassel made of silver thread which is one strand and two-ply and by a thread which may have been silver gilt and is in three-ply. Two small knobs are covered by an interlace of the single strand and plied silver threads. Above this there is a large knob, tightly covered with single strand thread beneath a fancy net of three-ply. The ends of this fall as a thin fringe over a thick fringe of two-ply silver thread. The tassel hangs from a loop of silver cord.
