Physical description

Plate of hard-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Wavy edge and the rim is pierced with a narrow border of small circles on a wavy stem, picked out in gold, and enclosing another with vine-leaves on a continuous stem in blue on a gold ground. In the middle is a bunch of flowers.
