Hexagonal tile of white dust-pressed earthenware with an opaque white glaze on the face and all but two adjacent sides; the biscuit back of the tile with a series of ridges to aid keying. Overglaze printed decoration of a series of borders; the edge left white, then two thin orange borders enclosing a darker orange strip, the hexagon in the centre is magenta.
