Plate of porcelain. In the middle is depicted the centaur Nessus emerging from the river Euenos with Deianeira on his shoulders. On the further banks is Heracles about to shoot the poisoned arrow which killed Nessus. The plate has a border of vases of acanthus scrolls in panels on a mauve ground in two shades.

Physical description
