Dessert plate of hard-paste porcelain, moulded, painted with enamels over the glaze and gilded. Circular with a lobed edge. The border is divided into eight segmental compartments, four of these and the central depression are moulded with floral ornament. The centre and two compartments on the rim are painted with floral sprays. The border is painted top and bottom respectively with the two-headed Russian Eagle and the Cross of Saint Andrew First Called. Gilt lattice pattern at the rim.
