Plate of porcelain. The rim is decorated with flowering plants in colours, in compartments reserved in white on a dark blue ground and surrounded by borders of gilt oak-leaves and acorns; round the middle is a wreath of roses, thistles and shamrock in gold. The rim has a scalloped-edge.
