Physical description

Plate of porcelain painted with enamels, moulded and gilded. With a shaped rim and moulded flange comprising of scrolls, swags of flowers and ribbons. The centre and the reserves on the flange are painted with scattered flowers, including roses, poppies, heather and a tree peony.
