With a lobed rim, and in the border is a relief decoration of C-shaped scrolls forming plain panels with embellishments of flowers and ribbons at their points of juncture. The relief decoration is picked out with gilding. Decorated with sprays of flowers and a bird in these border panels, and with a large bouquet of flowers in the centre.
