Physical description

Plate of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. In the middle is a landscape with a man on a horse driving sheep across a bridge in the foreground and a ruined church beyond. The rim is decorated in gold with grotesque birds in six shaped panels separated by acanthus leaves on a striped ground. 'View of Westmoreland' is written on the back.
