'The Unicorn' curtain, printed (lino block) cotton. Plain weave cotton with an all over background pattern of small spots, white on green, crossed by diagonal lines of leaf motifs. To the centre left is the figure of a unicorn rampant followed by its slightly larger shadow. The unicorn is mainly white with a spot repeat and details, such as the mane, tail, etc., in very dark green. The shadow is deep green with white motifs. The bottom edge has a band in a further green hue. In all, five greens have been used.
