Lotto is played like bingo, and has always been a game of chance. Publishers of children's games decided to use the format as an educational tool. This version uses nursery rhyme and street merchant characters. The 5 large cards have 10 character pictures with a circle cut out of the centre. The 50 small cards have the missing part of the picture on one side and a clue to the character on the other. Players must fill up the large cards with the correct smaller cards.
