Physical description

Furnishing fabric of woven silk and wool. With horizontal bands of black and white stripes, the narrow ones in a solid colour and the broader ones with small rectangular dots of the opposite colour. Warp threads of two kinds of white wool. Weft composed of various types of wool and two narrow bands of white silk. Varying textures across the fabric. The cut warp threads are hemmed.
