Lotto is played like bingo and has always been a game of chance. Publishers of children's games decided to use the format as an educational tool. This is a natural history version. There are 12 large cards, each with 10 illustrations of flowers. The small cards, of which there are 120, are printed with the popular name of a flower, its botanical name and its emblematic significance. Players must fill up the large cards with the correct smaller cards, which are drawn from a bag.

Rules:
The large cards show 10 oval medallions, each showing a flower. The players must randomly select a small card (usually from a bag) and correctly identify the picture and cover it. The player of course may not have the picture relating to the card selected in which case the card is returned to the bag to be drawn again at random. Each of the small cards is printed with the popular name of a flower, its botanical name and its emblamatical significance
the wooden box has a sliding lid and a woodcut pictorial label.
