Engageante of White bobbin lace in a "Berain" type of design consisting of a delicate vase and palmette motifs and sprays of tulips symmetrically arranged, each one surrounded by canopies, scrolling leaf shapes and cornucopia shapes. The background is filled with little formal rosettes, tulips, and leaf shapes. Many fine filling patterns are used and there is a background of brides picotées.
