12 sections mounted on linen and folded into a slip case of card covered with dark green fabric. On the case is a circular piece of card printed with a view of the building and the main title surrounded by a belt and buckle and the secondary title. Around the whole is a band of flowers with a crown at the top and the date at the bottom. When the game is folded there are two finger grips of the same material as the case.

Design: spiral race game with coloured lithographs illustrating various places and industries. It terminates in the centre with a view of the Great Exhibition building.
