Furnishing fabric of printed velveteen, irregularly shaped and showing a large headed poppy and swirling leaves. The design is printed in shades of plum, pink, green, blue and beige on a bright blue ground.

Only part of the design is visible but from photographs in the Silver Studio, the complete design shows large swirling acanthus leaves interspersed with poppy heads and buds.
