Object history | Trimmed with narrow reddish silk fringe. It was bordered on three sides (when purchased) with yellow brocaded damask. Embroidered through two thickness of linen, and stitched to a cotton lining. Formerly part of the border to the bed cover of 357-1903. The silk fringe has now (January, 1904) been removed. Purchased (357 to H-1903, £20). Registered File number 85324/1903. |
