Dress fabric. Compound silk weave: multiple patterning wefts and two warps, on of which is a binding warp (lampas). Woven in green, red and white on a dark brown ground with antelopes resting on twisted floral stems and holding scrolls in their mouths inscribed with pseud0-Arabic script. Above them, a plummeting bird of prey (an eagle, falcon or a hawk), amid rays of sun.
