Relic casket and cover of an ovoid shape. The cover is dome shaped, topped by a knob, which has broken off. Cover and bowl are crudely carved with a pattern of lotus petals, alternating with stems, each ending in a rough palmette. The bowl also has some wavy decoration below a band of incised lines on both bowl and cover. (Small chip out of the bowl rim; cover cracked).
