Plate painted in 2 blues. A light band of crosses runs round the flange. The well is busy with eight florets amidst scrolling leaves. In the centre and framed by a double line, a hatted figure with a low neckline and a sash round the waist stands holding a long necked bottle. Four flower sprays surround it. Two crossed leaves separate four S-stems with a central quartered flower. A single line emphasises the rim.
