Cup (yunomi). The sides turn out sharply from the medium footring and then taper gently upwards, with a slight waisting one-third of the way up. The orange-coloured body visible only in pitted areas above the footring; brownish slip on base, footring and as far as the waisted area; creamy slip elsewhere; irregular creamy Hagi glaze, with characteristic wormcast formations on base.
