An arched entrance to an underground area in an earthwork rampart, with the doors thrown wide open. On the left and right sides are glimpses of simple structures that emerge at right angles from the rampart. To the right of the doorway is a window to the same underground structure. The window and the arched doorway, as well as vaulted ceilings further inside the structure, are supported by brick voussoirs.
