This is part of a statement by the artist for the background of this work:
"Working with nude models and what my photographs and video captures of them, I produced paintings and drawings that then were scanned into the computer for improvisational compositing into one large piece '4096: Trust Time'. Partly inspired by 'The Book of Kells', a Celtic illuminated manuscript, by Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel ceiling and by the life in L.A. today, this piece is about our bodies and our feelings towards time, consciousness and our relationship towards sex."

Tag with address and contact details and an inscription with signature in pencil are at the back of print. |
