Cream jug of porcelain, transfer-printed in black, in imitation of Worcester porcelain. Pear-shaped with a loop handle in the form of two stems twisted together, divided above and ending in leaves. On one side is printed the design known as 'The Tea Party', showing a lady and gentleman seated and drinking tea. On the other side is a maid with a page carrying a kettle and walking beside a tree.
