Object history
Worn by Clive Sutherland, who was a regular client of Andrew Yiannakou's shop in Kensington Market. He created an authentic Psychedelic Revival look by combining Yiannakou's pieces (such as the illustrated suit) with period pieces, such as this 60s Turnbull & Asser crepe de chine shirt.
Presented at the Streetstyle exhibition 1994 as part of a ‘Psychedelic Revival UK 1979’ outfit, with a suit (T.249-1994 and T.250-1994) and a pair of shoes.

Registered File number 1994/604.
