Sake bottle (tokkuri), one of a pair. Thickly potted with slightly curved sides narrowing sharply to a short neck. The grey-brown body is visible on the slightly recessed base and the lowest part of the outside. On the sides a creamy-grey glaze, slightly pitted, merging into blue-green on the neck and top of the inside, with small brown-black spots.
