Jar, porcelain painted in underglaze blue. It is squat with a broad, square shoulder, narrow mouth with an upturned rim, and a slight foot-ring. The body is divided into "melon-shaped" segments by vertical grooves. Radiating from the mouth are painted sunflower petals over the shoulder, and round the sides is a frieze of stylised foliage and flowers.
