Labels and date

Gay Men Fighting AIDS was formed in 1992, in response to the AIDS crisis. The group’s aims were to challenge the stigma of the illness, to campaign for more resources for treatment and support, and to encourage safe sex as part of HIV prevention. Their proactive stance is expressed here by a boxer, his fingers tattooed with the words ‘FUCK SAFE’.
