This plaquette depicts Princesse Helene Bibesco, who ran a celebrated Parisian salon at the end of the nineteenth century. The reverse shows a flying youthful genius with a branch of laurel scattering flowers over a pianoforte upon which rests a book inscribed with the names of musicians.
