written on the bottom in pen This doll belonged to Laura Hall of Gravesend daughter of William Hall (late of Whiston, Staffs) Hannah Hall, nee Townsend, (late of New Hall, Kingsley Staffs) Laura died in 1844 aged 17 years & is buried in family .... Gravesend Cemetary.
