'Mr Gardiner's 2 new houses from the Primate's wall the 1st house is clear 34-6 the wall thick 1-8 High from the base of the primates iron rail to the underpart of the fatia 13-4 so that the first house is clear of the out walls wile be 34-9 of which the street parlor of 21 Sqrs the partishon wall 1-2 & hall 12-7 34:9 the windows wide 3:9- the windows High 9 blocks at 10 in each 7-6 4 blocks to the bases at do 40 in architrave on 6 or 7½ in the door high 10-10 10 feet high [...?] 11:5½ the door wide 4-9 the architrave of do 9½ [...?] the doors height with the architrave wile be h:7½ distance of one archit of the door to the other 6 inches on the breadth of the trusses to the cornices.'
