Woven coarse red straw hat with a low, softly curved crown and a wide asymmetrical brim upturned on the right and twisted into an Z shape on the left. The crown is decorated with a row of five wide red, pink & peach velvet ribbon bows. Their end are twisted and decorate the back of the hat and terminate in short streamers. Narrow black petersham ribbon inner headband has a pale blue on beige woven label . Hat is secured by a strap of black tubular elastic.
