She is seated on a green and brown mound with a rococo scroll in front and a shell behind. She is wearing a green jacket and spotted yellow skirt, bright blue shoes and white hat with blue band and turquoise lining. In her arms is a basket of flowers. Square moulded plinth outlined in purple.
