The wine flask has a plain neck, leading to a band of key fret decoration at the shoulder. Around the body is a continuous interconecting hexagonal pattern of thick blue stokes framing smaller hexagons. Around the upper shoulders is a bi-lobed petal band.

The wine flask is decorated with underglaze blue decoration. Around the body is a continuous interconecting hexagonal pattern of thick blue stokes framing smaller hexagons. Around the upper shoulders is a band of bi-lobed petals and above that a key fret design.
