Printed on Kentmere Art Classic paper and split-toned. Taken from 1993-96 in the Ardeche region of France, as part of a self-assigned project on traditional methods of food production which are threatened by new legislation by the Euraopean Union. The photographs were exhibited locally in the St. Agreve Arts Festival exhibition. The photographer's extensive notes on the series are on file in the Photography Collection.
