Small b&w bowl with brown edge, in Kakiemon style. Border with delicate scrolling (denticulate leaves, curls, "lotus" flowers) and, within a white ring, a ring of exactly copied, solid blue fans, a typical Kakiemon innovation. They may have been stamped (konnyaku) or templated as a group.
