One side is decorated in blue with a strapwork cartouche inscribed U.LAUR:CU+RIO surmounted by a basket of fruit, flanked by two winged cupids holding trumpets with a winged cupid's head below with tassels and two swags of fruit and flowers.
Body colour: Buff.
Glaze: White with many small black specks. Foot-rim wiped partially clean of glaze.
Shape: Concave on underside. (Alphabetic shape codes as used in appendix to Archer. Delftware. 1997)
