In the centre a bowl filled with flowers and clockwise on the border starting at the top; a pair of clappers with ribbons; a scroll painting with ribbons; rhinoceros-horn cups with ribbons; a brush, a cake of ink and a sceptre with ribbons. Some of these form part of the 'Eight Taoist Emblems' and 'Eight Precious Things'. The back has two herbal sprigs on the flange. All the decoration is in blue.
Body colour: Buff.
Glaze: Bluish. Three peg-marks at the rim.
Shape: Shape M. Press-moulded. (Alphabetic shape codes as used in appendix to Archer. Delftware. 1997)
