A sun-burst and daisy-like flower-heads, each with six petals in blue. Near the central hole in the underside is the numeral 3 in blue.
Body colour: Buff.
Glaze: Bluish white, pooling slightly on the underside. The rim on the underside wiped virtually entirely clean of glaze.
Shape: Concave at the edge on the underside and flat across the middle. One larger central hole and forty four smaller ones. (Alphabetic shape codes as used in appendix to Archer. Delftware. 1997)
