The drawing on the back of the sheet represents half a basement plan with indicated vaulting. The other half of this unidentified building is depicted in design E.2124.69-1992 in the Vanbrugh Album.

This drawing is part of the Vanbrugh Album from the Library at Elton Hall. The Album contains 254 drawings and includes works by Sir John Vanbrugh, Sir Edward Lovett Pearce, William Talman, Nicholas Hawksmoor, Richard Castle and anonymous draughtsmen in Vanbrugh's office. It was created ca. 1945-54 and was purchased by Victoria and Albert Museum in 1992.

Plan and front elevation of a small house, showing one room and a staircase on the ground floor. The elevation shows an arched front door and small rectangular windows and an end chimney stack. Scale: 1 inch to 5 feet. On the back half a basement plan with vaulting indicated of an unidentified building, the other half of which is E.2124.69.
