The front is covered with powdered blue with the exception of five reserved panels with circular flower heads and leaves and flower sprays scratched through the powdered pigment and a centre scene of a Chinese figure with hillock, flowers, fence and flying insect in blue.
Body colour: Buff.
Glaze: Greyish, pooling on the back.
