The whole exterior stippled, splashed or powdered in dark blue and pale orange.
Body colour: Pale buff firing to pink on underside.
Condition: Small areas of glaze restored.
Glaze: Greyish cream on the interior. Underside unglazed.
Shape: Handle flat on inside, slightly rounded on outside. Slightly concave on underside. Hole pricked into upper part of handle near join with mouth, probably for attachment of metal mount. (Alphabetic shape codes as used in appendix to Archer. Delftware. 1997)
