Dish of fritware, painted in colours and covered with a clear glaze. In the middle are three triple groups of manganese-purple crescents in light blue compartments of pomegranate outline, which are each enclosed by two curved stems of purple in white serrated leaf-shaped preserves. In the interspaces are also groups of three crescents, light blue with purple centres, and on the narrow rim are similar crescents set alternately with groups of three white tulips, the whole design being painted on a mottled dark-blue ground. Underside with triple tulip-buds alternating with rosettes.
