A bird seated on a fence with flowers in red and concentric lines in blue. The rim is in red.
Body colour: Buff.
Glaze: Greyish white, pooling slightly on the underside. Three peg-marks at the rim on the front of the plate.
Shape: Shape M with more rounded upper well and shorter, more up-turned flange. Convex within foot-rim. (Alphabetic shape codes as used in appendix to Archer. Delftware. 1997)
