Part of a composite panel of 100 tiles 4026: 1 to 100-1901. Given by Mr John Robinson, Esq. Transferred in 1901. Transferred from the Museum of Practical Geology, Jermyn Street.
Found during the demolition of Rickard’s distillery in Piccadilly. London.
Design derives from a plate in Nouveau Livres de Vases, Dessiné et Gravé Par Boucher Fils, A Paris chés la Ve. de F. Chereau rue S. Jacques aux 2 Piliers d'or (ca. 1765).
