Plate of fritware, with foliated rim, painted in cobalt blue under a clear glaze. Decorated on the flange with a leaf scroll and large leaves. The well has a plain band. There are three levels of composition in the central medallion, each with a niche, balustrades, various trees, leafy flowers and the occasional bird. On the outside two pearls with dots alternate with possibly two musical stones, all with finials. They are encompassed by two circles. A blue mark on base.
