Girl's bonnet of white catgut mesh, embroidered with knots of gilt straw and lined with white tarlatan. The bonnet has wired edges, and an upstanding brim which extends downwards into a curving wing on each side: the tying strings of white ribbon are stitched one to each of the two downcurving wings, and tie to the true right side, beneath the chin.
