Sample of machine-woven Axminster carpeting. Green ground with a large snowflake motif in shades of cream and green with pink. There are two partial 'snowflakes' at the edge of the sample. There are small diamonds in two sizes: the larger are in light green and cream or light green and pink and the smaller ones are light green and dark green. There is a hole in one corner of the sample - made for display purposes. The sides have been oversewn.
